Money up to do what? Nikka u write 10 essays on thecoli everyday now u asking for money to show how easy it is to make Lupe-esque rhymes?? :what:

:wtf:

This aint even a contest to put money up

SImply show us how easy it is or KIM

Money for the time, you crazy thinking I'm gonna spend time writing intricate lyrics just to prove something to people on The Coli lol, but for a price I will happily do that, and it will be better than anything on Lupe's album, though I know people won't agree regardless of the quality, but I will break it down, because I'm not intending to do no just a baby type shyt if I do it, I'm planning to show how it SHOULD be done not should NOT be done.

Not what YOU think is good

We're telling u if these so called "puzzle raps" are so easy u do em

It shouldnt take no more effort than them essays u write dedicated to Kanye :mjlol:

Nikkaz aint paying some nobody to write rhymes but we all know u know that and its just ur attempt to get out of looking like an idiot :mjlol:

Nas is the best lyricist I've ever heard. Nothing has changed. What Nas accomplishes with words is just incredible.

Lupe is more abstract where he seems to get away with rhyming about seemingly random stuff while his stans try to connect the dots and attempt to decipher the weirdness. We might as well start giving the benefit of the doubt to Ghostface and Nore. Lupe's talent is undeniable, though.

Anyways, I'm really enjoying this album. Lupe isn't trying to reinvent the wheel here. Just smooth beats, nice melodies and good rapping. I appreciate that.

Adoration of the Magi

Why you ready to die? You just a baby
Why them tears up under your eyes? You just a baby
Keep your head up in the sky, you just a baby
Quit chasing money, never mind, you just a baby
Why you wanna be born again? You just a baby
Why you playing in the streets? You just a baby

:ehh:

okay - but then we go deeper :leostare::lupe:

Okay, I'm done:deadrose:

...I can also hear Sade's Sally in The Adoration of the Magi:noah:

Yeah lots of options, now up is down, two player
Now A is jump and B is punch
You see somethin that weren't there
To find friendliness in nemesis, it's a old test
3 buttons, see somethin
The emphasis on genesis

...
remember trying to gear up to Sega, cuz the controllers were so different from the NES:wow:

Lupe is more known than K-Rino so has more fans yes, K-Rino is significantly better in every single way though, infact I listened to K-Rino after I heard the Lupe album, and it was like I was hearing a professional after hearing a an amateur. Lupe sometimes can't even rap properly/effectively, i's very sloppily done.

I would say Lupe is Picasso. He knows how to paint realistic shyt, he just chose not to.

He instead paint abstract (cus its more fun for him). And for the regular viewer (in Lupes case, listener) it might seam random and even easy to duplicate.
But its layers to it. And a method. For example Picasso's Bull painting. If you had seen just the end result you might just shrug at it.

K-rino on the other hand, while he is an artist and truly a skilled one. He paints with the same style and pallet over and over again.
He is like a renaissance painter. Painting with much detail and skill. But have you ever been to a museum like the Louvre and visited to renaissance sections? Hall after hall with the same motive and same colors.
It becomes boring as fukk. You look and say, yeah thats cool. But it was just the first two three paintings that really grabbed you. Then its just "noise".

Raffaello,_pala_baglioni,_deposizione.jpg

While Lupe paints abstract and let the fan decide what he wants the song to be about. Which makes it fun rather then boring as you claim.
But as I said earlier. Just because he paints abstract don't mean he actually have a own message in his head while his painting (making the song).

So just because the rhymes don't seam to follow the same story to you, doesn't mean its not there.

Sure Mural is maybe just a super abstract song with no meaning. But it seam that way because no one have been able to decipher it yet.

And there are songs on the album that is not "all" puzzle rap. Deliver is pretty straight forward but still filled with double meanings, wordplay and layered metaphors while fitting the bigger picture of the album.

If you pay me, I will happily write something better lyrically than anything Lupe has on the album, filled with wordplay, a consistent theme, continuity in that sense, while still being witty and potent and structured effectively to make an impact in the right areas. Will probably take an hour - hour and half to do the whole song. Won't do it for free, time is money, but if anyone makes it worth my while you will see what I mean, and it won't be no repetitions of "just a baby" in regards to album covers or mentions of " contemporary museums of art, that farts"

I haven't caught a single reference to michael young on this yet. I feel like I'm not understanding anything yet. I love this ess

at the Spring interlude (whether you consider it the end of the album or the if you listen in reverse) you can hear the kids chanting Michael.
