the only thing I can understand anyone remotely sayin is corny is Dots and Lines...Blur My Hands is DOOOPE....shyt is classic Lupe...reminds me of a track that couldve been on The Cool in the vein of Superstar...No Scratches is dope too imo...I even think Dot & Lines was dope but I understand how some people may not like it...

I just don't like the guitars and rock elements on Blur My Hands. If those were off I could totally mess with it.

This album got better each listen, I initially pegged it at around 3.5/5 but now its easily a 4.5 or somewhere around there. Might even be better than F&L 1 (which is one of my fav albums ever) when its said and done. The best tracks personally are Murals, Prisoners 1 and 2, Body of Work, and TRON. I still do not like No Scratches at all and I feel there is a tinge of corniness in Dots & Lines and Blur My Hands but the rest is incredible

I think I've listened to this joint a good 7-8 times in full now and still have not grown tired of it yet. I barely even like to just pick a song to play cuz I like to hear so much of it. Only time I pick random select tracks in within timeframes when I know I can only listen to like 1-2 songs, like a quick trip to the store.

For shorter listening sessions, I'm a just start playing specific seasons depending on how I'm feeling.

I put the Cool in the whip (SWIDT???) to see if i was just on some fukk Lupe shyt back then and it's significantly cornier than T&Y. The beats are bland, his flow is on that corny shyt cats were doing back then sounding like homos and shyt. I'm only up to 'Superstar' though. lotta album left. I recall liking the beat tp paris, tokyo & gold watch.

I'm glad he sounds tough now.
