Yeah it's gonna be torture for that fanbase. Luka's trajectory is top 10 player of all time maybe even higher if he wins more than a few rings. Seeing your team trade a guy like that who's only 25 is mind boggling.

It's not even about AD, it's just how great Luka is and his potential still. It could have been anybody AD's age, the reaction would be similar.

Unless implicit in the trade is no returns even after the medical.Even if that is the case, it's stupidly shortsighted to just get AD back in a trade for a 25 year old that lead a team to the NBA Finals last year. You gotta try to get the biggest haul possible, not just an All NBA guy in his 30s that doesn't guarantee you a damn thing in the playoffs

People keep calling AD a #1 but he’s really not. He’s too finesse and defers too much. So we STILL have never seen Bron as that # 2 option on steroids. We’ll see it now.
