I am Surinamese, born and raised in Amsterdam and this rebuttal ain't it fam, respectfully. We can speak to our observations from the outside looking in but that's about it. I never looked for a policy to protect me as a Black man. I actively equip myself along with others to protect myself. Where did we do look for only to be let down without being an active participant in it?
