Since I've stopped going hard from like November, I've had a total of 6 shots, no mixed drinks, and 8 beers. I haven't had anything for the month a June. My mind has been clearer, I've been more energized, and I've had more money to spend on other things
I put the cup down this month and I'm not sure when I'll have another.
Just realized I went the whole month of June
I was picking up some bad habits working from home during quarantine and the liquor stores never closed
It's hard though, when I get bored
I still smoke but I keep myself busy. I started playing video games again and I'm back golfing
but I feel better each day now that I'm not poisoning my body
Also lost a few pounds

Same. Work really helped give me structure and stay sober. I was doing good with only drinking on the weekends but now I’m slipping Into old habits. Just took some tequila shots to go with the tacos I made for dinner smhDrink out of control....covid unleashed a new beast in me
