The Haney fight doesn't need to happen next for either fighters legacy. They are both clearly going to move up to 140, with Haney potentially becoming a better fighter than he is today, and certainly a larger draw down the line. He's not a more lucrative fight than either Gervonta or Ryan Garcia at this point.

But I don't understand why Haney has been elevated to some unstoppable level. He's looked far from spectacular in his last couple outings. His performance on the logal Paul card was underwhelming as hell. Dude is still very flawed and super green. Wanna see what he does vs Gamboa. Yuri shouldn't make it past 6
