Bro, you're posting like Loma was in his teens or very early 20's when he left the Ammy's at a higher weight. He was grown man & in his prime at 25 his pro debut that melted down to fight at the lower weights (there's nothing wrong with that either).

I don't know if you're intentionally coming off that way but it's like a backhanded compliment toward Lopez in both your posts but I could be misinterpreting

To me & many others it all came down to game plan & execution & Lopez was not only the better fighter but he was better prepared. It's painfully obvious Loma & his team underestimated Lopez's IQ, composure, but more importantly his speed & explosiveness. Not just punching power but Teo's ability to close the gap in an instant & get his shots off. He turned Loma into Danny Swift Garcia & kept his hands in his pockets for most of the night lol
im not giving a backhanded compliment to teo, i am downgrading loma. i am saying that loma needs to be at lower weights in order to look like the matrix. at 135, he has more vulnerabilities and he cant always overcome them.

I’m going to watch the fight with “Gary russel box like he’s hitting mitts” goggles on. All of his pitches was short.

I blame @patscorpio. He got you thinking that nikka was ever good. fukk you pat from the bottom of my heart:laff:

my nikka is the second longest reigning champion in the world al

Just rewatched the fight and the 117-111/116-112 cards were perfectly reasonable, feel like folks were giving Loma extra credit for those 2nd half rounds because he didn't do shyt earlier and his mystique. Even when Loma was getting off cuz Lopez started tiring Lopez was still sending heat back.
Perfect example was the 11th round. Loma had it clearly until about the last 40 secs.

You can’t do that. He a small dude with the skill to fight in a higher class. He just fought someone with solid skills and power at a heavier weight class.

Derevyanchenko didn't win. Eubank is meh. Fury struggles against bums on a regular basis, Gvozdyk quit, Josh Taylor was getting walked down by little Regis Prograis. Bunch of weak ass nikkas man.

:laff:
What are you talking about? He got the better of Prograis on the inside. And I was rooting for Prograis, I don't root for fighters based on their continent, I don't even like Taylor's guts but happened what happened.

I didn't talk about who won and who hasn't won fights but clearly I was arguing with your generalizing statement about Euro fighters not handling physical fights well. That's why I brought you plenty of examples from the past few years when what you said didn't happen.

All for nothing though as it seems you have some kind of a grudge against European fighters. Just because the stans of certain Euro fighters are annoying (Golovkin (he's Asian btw), Loma, Kovalev...) doesn't mean you have to shyt on a continent of fighters in general. It is what it is I won't change your already formulated bias in a few forum posts I just wish that you will find out by yourself with time. :ld:

it's perfectly reasonable to say loma cant be the best version of himself at 135 and also teo did a great job.

no top 135 is going to be saying no mas

I think It can be two things, teofimo in all fairness isn't a natural 135lber while loma can compete at 135 he will absolutely have issues with longer bigger fighters like Lopez Garcia and haney. Luke Campbell gave him serve issues last outing, when you think about that its really not that much of a surprise that a guy who's stronger faster and bigger would beat him. I would like to see loma versus Shakur because Shakur doesn't rely on pure power. Now that I think about it Shakur might dominate that as well, he's too fast and would probably tag loma all night. But it'll be a good ass fight.

Its all bout how the fighter is bought along and if they get passed them gut checks where ever you from. Them stans won't fight for you
