I dont get what youre saying..i doubt you know either..What is clear is that your limited grasp of science and logic is really hurting you

:lolbron: @ scavenge for free radicals..do you know what a free radical actually is ??

:pachaha: Thats because there arent any

:russ:

Wow ...ive never seen anyone contort such simple wikipedia information like that...Lawd help us all if you stumbled into something really technical.

Ill explain it to you in sesame street language..Every human being needs Vitamin D..at northern latitudes there is less sunshine than the equator so to absorb a beneficial dose of sunshine their skin had to adapt and produce less melanin....its not that complicated.

The only white people in danger from free radicals are the ones living in the tropics....

you don't know what ur talking about.. look it up breh. it's funny because I really just copied quotes from scientific sites. It not like I was saying my opinion. lol, talking about every human being needs vitamin D.. naw really? At least the other posters had ok points, you didn't even try... you literally only posted because u saw my name.

so how does one explain eskimos? They been in northern climate weather for some 1000 years and they look more or less like chinese mexicans. :hula: wouldn't we expect to see more "white" in them at this point?

do you think there's a reason they look like "Chinese Mexicans"? what land route do you think people took to get to South America?

this whole "nothern climate" thing has already been covered. just because environments have similar latitudes, does not make them the same environment. do you think Arizona has the "same environment" as Louisiana?

:ehh:
so ideally then since they aren't getting it form their food now we should slowly start to see more white eskimos?

when did eskimos change their diet?

our modern tech has removed many of these natural pressures. in general people can get their vitamin D from many different sources. that being said, these changes take many generations to happen. plus many modern humans (especially here in the Americas) are already the product of 'different' peoples mixing

:comeon: One of us certainly doesnt know what theyre talking about the links you posted dont refute anything anyone has said so far ...all you did was take simple wiki and turn it into contradictory gibberish

look at this

:whistle::whistle:

The leading theory is that skin color adapts to intense sunlight irradiation to provide partial protection against the ultraviolet fraction that produces damage and thus mutations in the DNA of the skin cells.

natural selection produced a color on humans that made them naturally less fertile, with weaker bones, not able to scavenge for free radicals, more difficult to deal with the environment and sun, looking worse on average when aging, certain cancers, NTM there many things that are negatively effected by a melanin deficiency.

Plus Pineal gland - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

http://book.neurosurgeon.org/?defaultarticle=&defaultnode=2150&layout=22 - basic science.

Anthropologists have studied the racial and geographical variations in human anatomy very extensively. Unfortunately, neurosurgeons have not paid much attention to the racial or ethnic differences in neuroanatomy
Racial differences have been noted in the rate of pineal calcification as seen in plain skull radiographs.

There is soooo much that I'm leaving out because I don't want to search all around the internet, but you get the point.
Point isn't that it was a bad mutation, but that it was a mutation that had physical, including neurological (brain) differences. History and science show that some of those genetic variations were negative to say the least.

:leostare: a smart man can take a complicated concept and simplify it so even an idiot can understand..an idiot takes a simple concept and distorts it to the point that no one can understand it

hominids left Africa, traveled across the northern latitudes in different directions, and then finally met up again to to bring us...

You all keep asking stupid questions...I don't now how many times we have to say that it's an extremely slow process of change... it's equivalent to saying "so we should expect to see monkeys evolve into humans soon right?" And they do get it from their diet.

its only stupid because you can't answer it. So now we are waiting on monkeys to turn into humans 'in due time'? :wtf: You guys can carry on though

he said it's equivalent to saying that

are you bowing out of your thread asking why your thread was locked?

I'm just letting you guys run in circles...trying to find ways to not make the points made by me relevant. Also, nobody has answered my question yet

so carry on :smugfavre:

:lolbron: The fact that you can equate monkeys to humans when they are two distinct species that shared a common ancestor means that you learnt all your science from one of those thin little books with big pictures that took up most of the page.

I guess its true that the only people who have trouble with evolution are the people who dont understand it

To answer your question tho..if you could go forward million years the monkeys may turn into something else if there is environmental pressure if not they will stay the same or they could just die out altogether.

I would never equate monkeys to humans. Sensitive Blake did that & you did with your evolution theory.

You guys are so smart :stopitslime:

So are you saying it's just as simple as Eskimos haven't had enough generations for the changes to light skin to take affect? or what?
