What part of "casual" did u not read? I'm not talking about their "urban" shyt...that been died out. Sean John casual is still good in 2018 homie. So is Sean John cologne.
I think you're confusion what cats in the hood rock created by white folks compared to actual Black people making the clothes and promoting them like Fubu, Sean John and Karl Kani. The difference is that Supreme wasn't aimed for us....similiat to how Polo or Timbaland wasnt aimed at us either....The hood just made that into hip gear...thats why Polo and Timbaland dont die out either because thier original intention wasn't aimed at "us"
Remember Black Bart t shirts and Malcolm X hats? That was aimed at "us" and thats why the shelf life was short. Anything aimed at "us" has a short shelf life.
How many black/urban brands are left? Between the mid 90s and mid 2000s, hip hop clothing was everywhere. Most of them have been sold off.

fubu should've stayed out of the mall
& should've invested in the vision of the young & popping
make it their launching pad to create what fashion & style is through our eyes
they reached for mass.appeal & money the cool was lost
same issue with sean.john & any other brand from the hood
we need a aa rooted design house we are the most influential tribe on earth it's a must someone flexes that fact

hold up though...
didn't DAYMOND JOHN scam a fellow COLI poster out of $1,000 a few years ago? He was charging dudes for business consultation phone calls or lunches or some shyt and a poster on here went and said he basically got blown off
Anyone remember that thread?
But we let FUBU fall off so we can pay some gay Italian dude $200 for a shirt to be "fly"
Luda’s verse though.
