Not to mention that fact that this was a witness for the PROSECUTION.
This discrepancy is easily explained by the fact that the other witnesses witnessed the immediate aftermath (after the shot), while this witness witnessed the actual scuffle, prior to the gunshot.
According to Zimmerman, after he shot Trayvon, he laid him on the ground, got on top of him and spread his arms because he wasn't sure Trayvon was dead. Therefore, his alibi hasn't been necessarily contradicted.
Jeannee Manolo, a resident of the townhouse community, testified that she heard cries for help and saw two people hitting each other.
At the end of the day, this fakkit thought he was a Navy SEAL or some shyt, he tracked down a kid for no reason and then shot the kid dead. He should burn.
Every time they show Zimmerman I just wanna punch him right in it
a very punchable face.
He really does... The fact that e is so pudgy amplifies it... Just a nice soft face to use as a speed bag...
If the defense can't prove that...
1. Trayvon told Zimmerman that he was going to die.
2. Have a witness that saw Trayvon reach for Zimmerman gun.
Then he is guilty.
You just can't shoot someone for getting your asss whooped in a fight.
Not to mention that fact that this was a witness for the PROSECUTION.
if defense can prove zimmerman was the one getting punched before shooting, no way he would get 2nd degree murder. prosecution should have went for manslaughter.

A man has died after a fender bender ended with bullets flying.
Just after 11 a.m. Thursday, a man died after what witnesses called a case of road rage at the intersection of Oakland Park Boulevard and Dixie Highway. Homicide officials are investigating and said the shooting looked like self-defense. The case will now go on to the State Attorney's's Office for review, and if any charges are pending.
The accident involved a white van and a gold Chrysler sedan. Police reported that witnesses at the scene said they saw the Chrysler rear-end the van, and that driver, 28-year-old David Figueroa, stepped out of his car to argue over a scratch on his car with the van's driver, identified as 50-year-old Tom Thompson.
Police said the two got into a physical fight on the street. Thompson tried to flee into his van and Figueroa pulled him out. Thompson pulled a gun on Figueroa and shot him.
Janice Fryer witnessed the shooting and said it looked like road rage to her. "Two guys fighting, I guess road rage or something, and then we heard a loud bang and one guy collapsed on the sidewalk," she said.
Oakland Park Paramedics responded to the scene and transported Figueroa to Broward General Medical Center where doctors later pronounced him dead. Thompson stayed on the scene where he spoke to detectives.
Authorities added that Thompson has a valid license to carry a gun.
You can't shot anyone because you are in a hand to hand fight.
