Was pretty emphatic that Trayvon was on top during the "scuffle" and that in his opinion Zimmerman was yelling for help, though was not 100% on the latter.

i'd actually prefer to see him suffer. he needs to feel the weight of a conviction on his head and the fear of the prison lifers making him back it up then drop in his cell every night.

He told the court that Zimmerman didn't follow his orders.

That should be the main key to this trial.

This discrepancy is easily explained by the fact that the other witnesses witnessed the immediate aftermath (after the shot), while this witness witnessed the actual scuffle, prior to the gunshot.

According to Zimmerman, after he shot Trayvon, he laid him on the ground, got on top of him and spread his arms because he wasn't sure Trayvon was dead. Therefore, his alibi hasn't been necessarily contradicted.

That's irrelevant to the 2nd degree murder charge. However, that may be key for the manslaughter charge if it can be shown that Zimmerman was negligent in getting out of the car in the first place.

Considering it was a fight, it could've switched a couple times. And the screams for help didn't sound like a dude getting hit screaming, it was long breaths almost un interrupted. They did show the lumps on zimmerman tho, maybe he wasn't catching them hands on the dome piece. We need to know more about this scuffle, i dont think this trial can end without zimmerman taking the stand to explain how his story fits in with the eye witness accounts

Prosecution hasn't yet proven that Zimmerman was the aggressor in the scuffle and unfortunately that is all the jury is looking at.

At the end of the day, this fakkit thought he was a Navy SEAL or some shyt, he tracked down a kid for no reason and then shot the kid dead. He should burn.

I was thinking about that too. if you're screaming/yelling while getting punched, or getting your head bashed into the concrete, your scream/yell will probably get kinda broken up. I didn't hear that
