In Florida it'll be more than that because he used a gun. If it's 2nd degree then it's a mandatory 25-Life and the manslaughter is like 10-30

Legal analysts I follow on Twitter say that GENERALLY a long deliberation favors the defendant, a short deliberation favors the victim..

But an all female jury is quite the wild card so who knows..

Cheney Mason who was one of Casey Anthony's lawyers was on tv yesterday. He said that Zimmerman if convicted could go down for aggravated manslaughter because he killed a minor. Which would be 30 year sentence.
