Any players you guys DON'T want your team to draft? For me as a Lions fan there's not much that I'd be upset about but in the 1st round? I'm not an Adonai Mitchell fan. I think the Lions are drafting a WR, possibly in the first round, but I'm not sold on him. All the rumors about his health (diabetes) and allegedly having a shytty attitude are turnoffs and there were plays where he kinda just gave up on routes.

The other guy I don't want...Chop Robinson. Elite athlete, could be an all-pro pass rusher in the NFL. But I'm just so baffled at the lack of production at Penn State, I don't know what to make of him. I watched a lot of Big Ten football, saw him beat tackles all the time and just not get the sack. Dunno man.
Don't want to draft a guard/Center early like alot mocks have lions doing. And I think the Lions think better of their own DEs then the general public and don’t view it as massive need. Think they try to trade up to get the WR or CB they want. If Brian Thomas fall or the CBs Arnold/Mitchell fall hopefully they try to trade up aggressively. Lions are deep as hell. They need quality picks over quantity at this point

Xavier Leggette because him taking so long to breakout looks fishy .

Chop or any other undersized speed rusher because with Aiden and Houston they need an edge that can’t stop the run at least a little bit .

But if Holmes do draft them I can’t be mad because he’s shown he knows what hes doing

I saw a good brekadown on the Legette situation. Both his parents died within a few years of him heading to college, he couldn't get on the field as a freshmen, then got buried by a new coaching staff, had a motorcycle injury, and then finally was healthy and got his shyt this year. Lot of adversity. He looks legit to me and his interviews are interesting. Sounds very humble.

As a Charger fan this shyt is narrow as fukk but not ending up with Marvin will be disappointing to me. He is the best player in the draft and has the sort of play style that will vibe with Herbert. I will live with Rome though, other scenario is bad to me.

Marvin is likely off the board before 5 though, so dont set yourself up for disappointment for something they cant control. Not interested in Nabers? I think hes gonna be an absolutely force of nature in the league

Nah between Greg Roman and Herberts sort of force feeding type style I don't think it will work. I think you need a great route runner and a physical jump ball winner for Herb. Marv being both in one package is why I hope shyt works out the way I want. We need a guy to eat in the intermediate areas so we can keep drives alive to continue running the ball. Nabers is that home run type of dude but I don't know about his intermediate game.

I don't want KC taking Xavier Worthy. No more mini speed guys. 165 lbs is too light and those "fastest 40 at the combine" WR's usually don't pan out.

They're probably going LT round 1 so it's basically take the WR who falls to them round 2. Before Hollywood signed I didn't want Keon Coleman but I'm warming up to him. Pearsall, Polk, or Franklin are the ones who will probably be available.

I def think the coaching staff is fine with their pass rushers but that concerns me. It seems like they're content to have Hutch out there as the main pressure generating DE, and have a strong side edge who stops the run opposite of him (Paschal, Cominsky, etc). I know we signed Davenport but I'm just going to assume he doesn't play most of the season, his injury history is too wild to count on. Outside of him there's James Houston for 3rd down passing downs but that's about it.

Depth wise yea it's the deepest Lions team of my lifetime but still some potential issues. I'd have to get to November and be thinking damn if only we did xyz to shore things up. We have two safeties with health concerns. Starting (all pro) center who is banged up and will likely miss a couple games. And while are starting tackles range from from good (Decker) to elite (Sewell) there is no depth behind them. One guy getting banged up could get really ugly. That's why I'd prefer not to trade up. I'd rather shore up some of these positions with more depth. Honestly I'd trade back if our guy is gone by 29. That way you get an extra 2nd round pick and a 4th round pick.

I wouldn't be opposed to Malik Nabers, Brock Bowers or Joe Alt, but I'd highly prefer a trade down for the Chargers.

Dream draft is trade down and get Brock Bowers/Taliese Fuaga, then trade up and get Troy Fautanu/Laiatu Latu. Two picks in the 11-15 range would be magnificent. Then I want Dominick Puni, who's the gem of my draft.

I personally think this draft is stacked with really good players to the point it's hard to say who I wouldn't want to draft seeing as how the Chargers basically need help everywhere except QB.

It's actually difficult to say who's not good in a deep draft like this. So while I think some of these players are straight up solid, I think the emphasis would be to get as many players in the 1st 3 rounds as much as possible. Arizona got two 1sts, a 2nd and 3 3rds, they're cooking.

If I actually had to pick a player though, I don't like Rome Odunze as much as other people might.

Man, Nabers strikes me as Antonio Brown. In more ways than one unfortunately. I don't think MHJ gets past Arizona. They've been wanting that guy basically the whole season.

I don't mind WR top 5, but at the end of the day, the nuclear triad of the NFL is QB, protect the QB, get to the QB. That's basically been the Super Bowl ingredient. I've really warmed up to the idea of going defense as well, watching Latu and I would be great with that option via trade down.

Main thing is trade down and trade up for any two of Bowers/Fuaga/Fautanu/Latu the most. To address WR I think we're going to the 3rd+ rounds

The interview with Hortiz had some good insight about WR and OL. I think it's going to be a trade down as the emphasis is on high quality depth for both positions.

Haven't been paying much attention to the news regarding #2 and #3, but my crazy prediction for the draft: QB's aren't taken 1-3.

I think MHJ goes top 3, possibly to a team trading up.

I can completely see a top 4 going:
1. Caleb
2. Daniels|MHJ
3. MHJ|Daniels
4. Nabers
