My first thought ain’t gonna be to release a song called Who Shot Ya. Before we even get a discussion on some man to man shyt. Come on fam. Add to the fact the streets felt it. The jails felt it. My biggest takeaway was Pac looked at Biggie as a friend and Biggie looked at Pac as more an associate.

It doesn't matter which side you are on or which side you took, it is still in poor taste to release a song like "Who Shot Ya" after a highly publicized shooting one of your peers. They may not have been friends at this point, but still poor taste. Even if he recorded it before the shooting, it's poor taste. You can't go out here and make Pac look like a paranoid maniac because you just released a song called "Who Shot Ya". That automatically made people think he had something to do with the shooting even if he didn't.
