They took the system and implemented it there for themselves. Initially Hispanics were being locked out of european aristocracy just like the Anglos because they were born in the new world. Creoles begged for blacks and indigenous to go to war for them in some of those countries and promised freedom from the racism they were experiencing from Creoles. Anglos did the same thing.
