Well it's the opposite in my situation and I feel bad for being that "bad" person.
But that doesn't make me bad and that doesn't make the person who doesn't like you bad.
It's better they let you know now than later and you've wasted possibly years because they wanted to be the "nice guy" and not hurt your feelings.
