Do you mind dropping a link?
Captains of crush is the brand. They have various pounds to basically build you up. I can't tell you where to begin. I just jumped to 167 cuz I'm too cheap to buy all the others. I'm on 1.5,
5 reps.

I maybe should have started with a weaker one. I can hear my hands pop when I'm gripping that bytch for my first reps of the day lol.

Residual effects.

A few extra pullups. Better control when I'm smashing my wife.

Alright so up the street from me is a bjj gym. They charge month to month with no contract.

Only problem is that that coach is the one that trained the owner of the gyms I trained at. Like these guys hate each other. Am i being a bytch for going and training with this dude? Like this dude hates 10th planet lmao. I couldn’t hide that I trained cause my ears are all messed up. So they train gi and mma.

i would like to train mma and also get back in shape but I don’t know if this guy will beat me up or constantly be shytting on my moves cause my game is lockdown to sweep

I should just stay loyal to my team right? Also I didn’t like that this guy went straight to talking shyt without really knowing me. It just gave off a toxic vibe to me. But again training MMA would be dope.

I'd say one of the last places you wanted to train at is a toxic gym.

Plus the thought of is this just training, or is this punishment will be going thru ur head all the time.

I like the loyalty. I moved and now it's like a 40 min drive 2 my gym. It used to be less than 5.

Still recovering from a back injury, so I haven't been out there much, but that drive is long af.

Sounds like you need to find a new coach

you are in charge of your training. Pay who you want and train wherever you want. I’m loyal to my gym but I do whatever the fukk I want.

you’re right but like I said I don’t really like the vibe i got from this person. Also my old coaches are super nice people. It’s just a little far for me at the moment

Anybody have any experience with 10th planet jiu jitsu? There is a gym in my area but it just has a few people training there when I drive by.

Yeah, I tend to stay away from politics and I would stick with the squad your with and if they are that brazen with shyt talk right out the gate they may try to give you a difficult time when training...

At the end of the day, beef or not, you are paying them for their time and it is their duty to be professional...

Sadly some BJJ coaches develop a cult mentality and can do no wrong in their eyes...

When I went they required (charged for)a few private classes before signing up. Basically teaching you the lockdown.

No first class is free. Owner came in the front door with a bong. I was looking for something a little more traditional (gi and no gi) and went somewhere else.

Style is unorthodox but they have great students.
