Gupta's money is probably already in UAE though :francis: If that dumbass was going to have cronies couldn't they at least have been Black African? The outright c00n mentality of some of these leaders :snoop:
That happened over a year and some change ago. When someone from the DA I believe called for an investigation of their financial dealings and association with Zuma, they were tipped off and allegedly flew billions out of country to Dubai. Pissed off even staunch defenders of JZ in the ANC

From what I hear the EFF while they sound good dont have a large number of followers since the ANC is pretty much SAs democratic party so there is still risk of another screw up getting into power.

With politics I Feel there is a difference between someone trying to do good but failed and someone screwing up when it comes to why a nation may be in bad shape. From what I know of Zuma breh was just a screw up riding the wave of the ANCs past like people like Sharpton ride their civil rights era past.

I am still confident the ANC can groom a competent leader. I mean no way they can again groom a leader like Zuma... Lets hope there isn't another screw up. To me South Africa like Zimbabwe just needed a GOOD leader to manage to the country.

@The Odum of Ala Igbo I wonder what the Russians are gonna do?

The thing is black people rarely groom the next generation because people in power are only concerned with themselves. When the person with the initial vision dies usually everything crumbles as a result.

I only know about SA politics at a very high level so Im not even sure if they had someone deemed “next in line” or if there was someone in the party who has shown good enough character to be deemed worthy of leadership.

RIP. He was a self-made man and a fighter. I'll admit I never was a fan of him since the MDC unabashed took large sums from the Commercial Farmers Union (White farmers) and had as their official plan, IMF directed restructuring but he did fight Mugabe's slide into dictatorship. Granted I think foreign interests would have been the big winner in MDC rule but ZANU-PF was so rotten at that point I understand how many people felt there weren't any better options.

I hear they are an Indian family...:scust: Is Zuma connected with these clowns? Is Cyril Ramaphosa opposing them?

The thing is they weren't even a South African Indian family--there are plenty of those around Durban, etc. They were straight from India and only arrived in SA in the 1990s. No fukking reason why they should be the chosen ones. I would be less offended if a SA Indian family had been at the trough but how you gonna talk about Black Empowerment and do something like this?

Seems South Africa along with other Southern African nations will be the Black powerhouse of Africa and not Nigeria or Ethiopia.:wow:

The land reform is a MUST.

I support land reform in South Africa, but how can we make small-scale land holding farmers more productive given South Africa's budgetary issues?
