Braun must’ve upset someone that you can’t upset. He looks like a wrestler Vince would draw by hand and tell hunter to go find.

He had a moment where people were behind him like Sid in 1996

And they spent years making sure he lost every single time it mattered. Like to the point I was thinking Goldberg was gonna pin him too.

I used to be a Braun stan, I know a lot of people here thought he should have next:yeshrug:

He had a spark, but they jobbed him out too much to Brock and took too long to pull the trigger :francis:

then we find out he’s some redneck bum who only looks good against Roman Reigns:yeshrug:

so a combo of WWE fumbling the bag again and him not being that talented

He didn’t do himself any favors where during his push before the Lesnar match he posted pics of himself shirtless with nipple rings on social media
He killed his gimmick

He did what?:russ:

Somebody may have to correct me, but I think it was a pic of him, Reigns, maybe Seth, and 2-3 other guys somewhere posing all together and I feel like it was in the heat of the Braun/Reigns feud, which is why people were all over him as far as breaking kayfabe

They should have paired him with Heyman. RR doesn’t need a mouthpiece, he’s been cutting respectable promos since 2014. Bruan could have used Heyman to create heat for him, but then again, he’s been a face for a while now so I dunno.

I think he'll always be in the mix somehow but he's never gonna be "THE man"... the thing about WWF/E and "big guys" is that they always get the push but they're rarely ever the main focus or the champion for any long period of time. You can go all the way back to Andre, Big John Studd, Bundy, Undertaker, Sid, Kane, Big Show, etc... the only exceptions would be Hogan, Batista, Brock but they're not "giants". Even when they gave the ball to Diesel, HBK's push was being emphasized while Diesel was puttin' on dud main events with everyone except Bret..

So Strowman will be a big guy that will always find himself in a relevant feud here and there, but I don't think it was ever gonna be him as #1 in the company no matter what.
