I feel like most of his fans are people who have either seen his work prior to WWE or girls that are into alternative guys like him. It just makes no sense for him to be this over based on the material we've seen from him in the WWE.
It's not hard to understand at all...it was really obvious heading into the Rumble. When it seemed like the company was getting behind Roman as the chosen next guy, the fans starting going buck wild for Ambrose as the alternative and he has his little ways that no one else is doing....the walk, the never quit attitude that fits his crazy energy, and him saying outlandish shyt. There's niche fanbase for that kind of thing. But there was a limit...when he called Bryan a "turd"..the fans died on him immediately:laugh: And chanted "NO! NO! NO!" but they edited that part out.

Damn ya'll are harsher than I was in the past when it comes to Dean Ambrose. I kind of cooled off on criticizing him a bit lately because now he's just "there" to me and he doesn't really bother me at all. :manny:Y'all turning heel on Dean already?! Yikes!

All the things you guys are saying, is what I've said a long time ago about Dean. He has to be the most overrated IWC Darling to come out in the last few years. I remember when I just got back into wrestling about 2 years ago, all I heard about was how Dean Ambrose was so awesome and was going to change the course of the WWE forever. I mean you would think dude would surpass Hogan, Stone Cold, etc. the way people were hyping this dude up.

Granted I've always been higher on Seth than Dean and Roman combined, but the fact that Roman even surpassed Dean a great deal says a lot. I gave Dean a chance, checked out some of his indie videos and those were :ld:to me. I felt like he was trying too hard to be something he's not and you guys are now just realizing that Dean wasn't everything that the IWC made him out to be. I'm not a "hater" or being "negative," but when I saw folks disrespecting Stone Cold to hype up Dean Ambrose, I was like :whoa:. Don't be too hasty now. Dude's were comparing him to everybody from Stone Cold, Brian Pillman, Roddy Piper, Jake Roberts, etc. Just doing way too much only to find out that he was average to begin with and don't get me started on that sh_tty ass U.S. Championship reign.

I do find it hilarious though that people think that Roman needs Dean create buzz for himself when I think it's the other way around. Roman has improved and Dean has regressed dramatically. You guys said the same thing I've been thinking when I see Dean's matches. When he comes out, there's a huge pop, match starts out hype, then the crowd pop dies dramatically, silence mostly, and then match ends. It's not exciting when he's out there in the ring.

Another thing I find hilarious is that Roman gets a lot of sh_t for having nothing but female and kid fans, but Dean's fanbase is made up mostly psychotic fangirls. :francis:Don't believe me? Lurk on Tumblr and social media. That's who is really putting money in the WWE pockets to see him on TV and in person.

Dean's a good talent who's over with the fans. He's not better than Rollins, never was.

But compared to most of the roster his character has been made his own and his matches are good enough to where people are invested.

When they thought he beat Rollins that was one of the biggest pops in awhile.

I never saw any of the shield shyt so I can not for the life of me understand why this guy is cheered. He wrestles like he is doing a parody of how a real wrestler looks

I'm pretty sure I mentioned this before but yeah, Ambrose is a complete match killer. I don't get how people can still cheer that between the ropes clothesline recovery. shyt is basura.

Sad thing is Nigel actually made that a believable move for the most part (even he was corny with it at times) but Dean makes the shyt a full on cartoon.

This.

I don't hate or like Ambrose. He is mostly just there to me. But man he is over, huge crowd pops everytime his music hits.

It's crazy because his promos are god awful, he loses a ton, and he is very average in the ring.

I don't even know how he is doing it to be honest, but people are really into him as a face.
I'll be honest idk why I'm a huge Ambrose fan but he has a certain charisma and a certain fire to his comebacks plus he's different . I don't love his goofy stuff but I do like when he's focused he has a very jokerish vibe. He also carries himself like a main eventer , has some swagger to himself and is different . I guess I do know why I like Ambrose lol

I still think think the breakup should have been Seth playing the Jeff Hardy face and Dean being the heel. You have Dean as HHH's loose cannon enforcer, and eventually when the time is right, you turn him face by having him stand up to HHH.

Seth go for the Jeff Hardy flippy teen girl thing for awhile, then he can turn later.

I think they could have kept Reigns with either Seth or Dean as the silent killer, then whenever you turn one of them, you have your natural branch for him. They launched the Reigns thing before it was ready, I think he needed another year of just being that guy who would whip someone and not be a real face or heel for awhile till you are ready to pull the trigger.

Then, way in the distance...3-4 years down the road, you can lay out a scenario for the old forces to reunite to as The Shield to save us all from some awful champ or something......maybe if Cena pulls the trigger on a heel nWo style crew and it looks like he has the title and everything on lock with some lackeys and then, outta nowhere, here comes the shield.

After seeing all the rumors of the Seth Rollins/Triple H feud, I was anticipating a brief Shield reunion. However, it'd be mad corny if they brought them together this soon.

Don't understand why people are turning on Dirty Dean.. he's entertaining, has a unique character, one of the E's top merch sellers and they clearly view him as a main event player, which is why he wasn’t out there with the rest of the mid-card jobbers pulling apart Brock and Undertaker. He is in a good spot and I expect him to have a title run within the next year.

Honestly, out of the young WWE prospects, Reigns shows more than a lot of them.

Problem is, they forced him and fukked him over because of it. But I think it's gonna make him betteri n the long run.

Look at his last two matches on Raw and Battleground, he is improving leaps and bounds from where he was at in the beginning of the year.

Look at the selling, he has gotten so much better at that, great selling of his arm for Harper last night
They have got to stop being scared and put the gold on Roman already.

Nah, still too soon. Crown him @ WM if you crown him anywhere.

I think the fans gonna be cool with it at 32 cause there's gonna be so much other star power and he`ll have taken his bumps by then, he's damn close already.
