He was telling you the truth

Thought it was bullshyt at first...Pollen season had already kicked off when he told me that so I gave it up immediately and it made a slight difference....and to be honest, if dairy didn't fukk up my stomach so bad, the lil difference that it made in my sinus relief wasn't enough to give up whole milk and cereal imo.......but I stuck with being dairy free afterwards and when pollen season rolled around a year later, I had no issues.....

I was the guy whose face used to close and swell up during pollen season to the point that doctors would recommend surgery to relieve my symptoms........but one year off that cow milk cured that.....my skin looked prettier too......:pause:

man, I JUST tasted this for the first time today since they were giving out free samples at costco. I didn't like it what-so-ever :scusthov:. maybe cuz I don't really like almonds, but it didn't appeal to me at all. and with me no longer being lactose intolerant, luckily I don't have to worry about drinking this kinda shyt.

Food allergies are something that our ppl need to be aware of. Dairy products consist of arachidonic acids which triggers Leukotrienes to increase hindering air getting through the bronchial tubes.

It depends...because I'm always on the go

I'll give you what I ate today...it varies though

Breakfast
had to be spelt pancakes, you can add strawberries or blueberries depending on you. Also I make seamoss shakes using almond milk which is the topic, almond butter, maple syrup, seamoss (of course), agave amongst other stuff

Lunch ate salad filled with dandelions greems, kale, cucumbers, throw cayenne for a lil heat, thyme, basil...

Dinner Quinoa with wild rice, and vegetable stir fry

In between, I had like 2 pears, some figs to snack on...and that was it.

edit...just to note, do not eat quinoa on a daily basis :russ: it will blow you up. 2 to 3 days a week to keep the weight up is fine
