I prefer the generic almond milk over the regular kind that comes in a blue carton.

I like most cow milk substitutes like coconut, almond, soy and rice but the only thing that doesn't interfere taste wise with cereal is lactaid. I don't want cereal and then some random other flavor...that's the appeal to milk I presume.

As far as protein goes chobani Greek yogurt is the best non meat protein hands down.

Cow milk is amazing. I don't mind almond or soy, but cow milk has the proper nutrients to replenish the strength of my neanderthal genes.
