almond milk is cheaper as well than lactose

ish is nearly 10 bucks up here in canada for lactose free milk

it's a mental thing at the end of the day. I've been a vegan since I was 15. My two sons don't eat meat, anything processed, dairy..etc and they're completely fine. It's a great thing to break them in early while their mind and body isn't toxic. Individuals don't understand a lot of diseases and ailments that our ppl face today has to do with what we consume.


If you don't mind my brother, what does your daily meals consist of if you don't mind me asking....:lupe:

It depends...because I'm always on the go

I'll give you what I ate today...it varies though

Breakfast
had to be spelt pancakes, you can add strawberries or blueberries depending on you. Also I make seamoss shakes using almond milk which is the topic, almond butter, maple syrup, seamoss (of course), agave amongst other stuff

Lunch ate salad filled with dandelions greems, kale, cucumbers, throw cayenne for a lil heat, thyme, basil...

Dinner Quinoa with wild rice, and vegetable stir fry

In between, I had like 2 pears, some figs to snack on...and that was it.


edit...just to note, do not eat quinoa on a daily basis :russ: it will blow you up. 2 to 3 days a week to keep the weight up is fine

I enjoy almond milk and buy it from time to time but I need my protein man and that shyt ain't cutting it

I try to keep carb intake to a minimum...I eat lots of protein but I'm a real big dude..so those two shakes a day, If I use almond milk instead of regular milk I'm out 15 grams right there...and when I struggle to hit 200 in a day (I weight 225)..that 15 counts
