So what is this? Is it crushed up almonds in regular milk and it dissoles during manufacturing?

If so, ima run up to kroger and buy a bag of almonds and put them and some 2% in the mixer

Literally just almonds mixed in a blender with water, then strained. Some people like it sweetened, so they'll add dates/honey/sweetener to it. I'm lactose intolerant so this is a good alternative.

I stopped drinking (cow) milk over 10 years ago so I have tried pretty much all the other milks on the market.

Used to fukk with soy milk years ago then switched to almond milk. Quit drinking almond milk when I found out almost all of them contain carrageenan (it's not good for you).

Now i don't drink any milk. Cheese only!

i had some chocolate almond milk a few years ago and loved it but i recently switched over after having some health issues and its fire. i can just drink it. the unsweetened vanilla is pretty good in cereal/oatmeal so far. and the regular i can drink all day
