i keep seeing the recurring theme of cats saying black folks are treading water with dem administrations. kind of frustrating because that doesn't capture the full scope of how gov works. both at the fed and state level. that said, i understand those comments and agree with the concern.

the difficult part for me is when folks don't care that it could be worse.

think about the flint water crisis affecting black folks. the reason those pipes are getting fixed is because of obama, legislation during his presidency. it was slow walked after the convict won. biden then gets infrastructure bill passed to try and fix all this shyt falling apart (pres chump lied about infra and never did it). under the convicted thug's admin there would be more flints. more cases of redlining, more cases of predatory lending, more redlining, more withholding of funds unless he gets to put his name on the checks. just petty childish bullshyt to punish folks that didn't kiss his azz.

definitely not perfect with dem admins. the difference is they don't get in the way or intentionally try to block our progress imo.

Im gonna ignore whatever insanity you use to follow up on this already insane post, but if you think it wouldn't matter who was in the oval office during a hypothetical war between black people and white people you're dead wrong.


Just look at the civil war under Lincoln and how reconstruction (which would have fukked up the South) was completely sabotaged when Lincoln was assassinated by racist whites and replaced with a man who was unsympathetic to the black cause. As those racist cacs hoped for, with a lax President they got to get away with lynchings, intimidation, and what became jim crow in the south.


If you're gonna get rock hard over an imagined violence between black people and white people I don't know why you'd be indifferent to Trump being president and commander of the army rather than Biden.
