I imagine you want the reparations that FBA receive to be much more significant than what they gave those other groups. Whether or not the order was disingenuous, some sort of study is going to have to be done to figure out the appropriate amount (which would be really large) and the appropriate people that should receive it… and the best way to distribute without completely shocking the economy.
