Explain how bills can pass that EXCLUSIVELY and ONLY benefit blacks when the Supreme Court just shot down Affirmative Action, and all race based benefits. Republicans are coming for black scholarships, grants that benefit black businesses, and all other race based initiatives that benefits blacks, based on the grounds that it discriminates against other races.

Even in lineage based reparation's, it would be argued that it is race based adjacent, and this conservative majority Supreme Court will shot it down. Can't use precedent with them (as the Japanese got reparations), as with Roe v. Wade, they will just say that the previous decision was wrong.

Can you give recent examples in the past decade of a bill that passed that benefited exclusively one race of people?
