Doubtful. Trump lost primarily because of the mishandling of the pandemic, and even then he lost by a fairly slim margin of EC votes.
People really don't understand the power of incumbent advantage in POTUS races (it's why most of our presidents since Reagan have been two-term presidents) and how badly you have to fukk up to lose in spite of it. Trump's admin was a disaster that only passed one significant piece of legislation, and that was the tax cut for the rich.
