Lets not forget that Kobe Bryant won 2 championships with a sidekick worse than Kevin Love

Not loves fault bron makes teammates worse while kobe lifts his opponents up.

Kobe does lift his opponents up. Glad to see we are on the same page.

Kobe is the WOAT superstar, barely top 50.

Let Steve Nash win two MVP's during your prime

:scust:

There is a reason Kobe has no emotes on the Coli.

Pau was an All NBA player in 09/10/11, Love hasn't even hit that once being in Cleveland. Plus Pau is a far superior defender to Love. Yall should compare Pau and Love NBA Finals stats.

Pau Gasol in the first full 3 years with LA:

.600 TS
39.6 Win Shares
15.4 Value Over Replacement

Kevin Love in his first 3 years with Cleveland:

.562 TS
23.6 Win Shares
6.5 Value Over Replacement

Gasol also beats Love in WS/48 (.225 to .165 for Love in case you wanted to bytch about games Love missed)

Fakkit.

OF COURSE GASOL GOT BETTER ONCE HE JOINED KOBE AND LOVE GOT WORSE ONCE HE JOINED LEBRON

THATS THE POINT LMFAO

You use quotes opinions of players given in 2011-13 to represent what has become consensus in the last 2 seasons :dead:

Box score stats, advanced stats, stats in the Finals, playoff totals and averages, just about every state created points to LeBron being better than Kobe. The "eye test" tells me Kobe has better footwork (the source of counter moves) and a better mid-range shot. That's where it stops. A fellow Kobe stan of yours has admitted that preferring Kobe is just that, a preference, choosing style over substance.

You know he's better which is why you expect him to beat teams he has no business beating. Y'all believe in a player you hate more than the nikkas who fukk with him :skip:

Those same stats say Love was better than Gasol as well.

Once again, I'm beginning to doubt whether you have the intelligence to understand the argument I'm making. I'm exposing how silly a stat based argument can be.

And FTR many of those same guys are still saying Kobe is better than LeBron. Or have you missed Jim Jackson and Stephen Jackson who have been saying it this season on Fox Sports?

One carried his team to the playoffs as the number one option. The other didn’t.

Pau had better teammates. Stats say Kevin Love was better.

FTR, I'm simply parroting the argument Bron stans make when I argue that Kobe is better than LeBron because he's 5-2 in the finals versus 3-5. They say that's because Kobe had better teammates and they always take the debate back to the stat sheet.

I simply doing the same here. Gasol had better teammates. Love had better stats. So he's the better player. PERIOD.

I haven't even read the angry anti-math people and kobe stans for the last few hours because I've been busy. But I suspect they're trying to say Gasol had those elite numbers because of Kobe...and failing to take into context having a better overall supporting cast and a Hall of Fame coach.

With regard to Kevin Love, he was clearly asked to assume a different role in Cleveland than in Minnesota, and shifted quite more often to that of a perimeter player...which maybe doesn't make him worse, but certainly explains some of the drop off in usage and total numbers. But even so, at no point was he really that far ahead of Gasol in terms of rim protection, and overall potential and skill set.

Does anyone fail to understand context more than the pathetic Coli Kobe stan? I wonder.
