Outside of James Harden and CP3, tell me what is so impressive about this Rockets team? Clint Capela? A guy with zero offensive ability. Eric Gordon? Good player but nothing special. PJ Tucker? Typical garbage man. Does the little things that can help you win but rather unremarkable. Gerald Green? Journeyman.
Gimme 2010 LeBron and Mo Williams over Harden and CP3 anyday. Anything CP3 gets over Mo Williams, LeBron will get over Harden. And after that, I like the supporting cast the 2010 Cavs had more than the 2018 Rockets.
I'm honestly surprised you are arguing against the 2010 Cavs. That was a great team that just happened to choke in the playoffs. They would win the title in 2018 over the Warriors IMO.

Only after he got with Kobe. Before he joined Kobe, he was not as good as Kevin Love (before he joined LeBron). Check the stats and awards. Kevin Love put up better numbers and had more accolades (All NBA teams, all-star teams, etc.).
Kobe got more out of Gasol than LeBron has been able to get out of Kevin Love. That doesn't make Gasol better than Love. It makes Kobe better than LeBron. Because Kobe made his teammates better than LeBron made his teammates.

So when Kobe had a 2nd option worse than Kevin Love, he won 2 rings. When LeBron has a 2nd option better than Pau Gasol, he gets swept in the Finals. If this doesn't tell you the difference between these two dudes, I don't know what will.

There's a reason the Bron stans avoid this thread like the plague. It exposes their hypocrisy. If they overlook the individual stats and focus on team success, then all they're doing is simply making the argument that 5-2 >>> 3-6. All we would say is Kobe has 5 rings while LeBron has 3. 5>>>3 and thus Kobe is greater than LeBron. However, if they do agree with the stats, then Kevin Love (before he joined LeBron) is better than Pau Gasol (before he joined Kobe). The next question becomes, how did Kobe have more success with Pau (a presumably inferior player) than LeBron did with Kevin Love? They would have to admit that Kobe makes his teammates better while LeBron makes his teammates worse.
Its a lose-lose situation from Bron stans. They have no winning argument in this case. And that's why like I said, they've chosen to simply ignore this thread.
