It was an AA article from an AA publication. Regardless the premise shows that there is way more nutritional value in African and Caribbean food than American food. . More of our American cousins eat our food than we eat theirs. We inserted ourselves in the food commerce supply chain therefore we import and buy our own food. You all still buy your food from the white man. We're trying to help ya'll eat better.
