We need a Coli running club
Hearing about these mile times got me hyped before my trail run earlier. Took me back to my days running in college where asking "what's your mile time" were fighting words
I was also 40 lbs lighter (genetic muscle gain)
My best all time mile time is 4:35 before my senior year of high school . I was at a cross country camp at Stanford where me, then track star/ camp counselor and 1:52 800m in high school John Stevens and some dude from the UK just said
and went all out on our last mile of our four mile run. And I still got smoked by them
Since then , I've done five marathons and eight half marathons . Four of the five marathons were at 185 while the fifth was three months ago at 208 .
If I can hit 1:37 for a half marathon at three different weight classes
For now , I wanna get under 6 minutes for a mile at my new weight
