I'm 6'5" and years ago when I was about 250-260 (have a very large frame) I ran a mile in the 5:30s, ran two miles for my PT test in 13:08, and ran a 5K somewhere between 20-21 mins. Now that I'm out of the military and in my 30s, and about 315 lbs :to:, the other day I ran 4 miles at an 11:24 pace per mile. So ashamed...

I'm currently running 7:15 mile on the treadmill at 225-235lbs. Age 29.

My best is 5:29 mile on the treadmill weighing around 200-205lbs. I was 27.

I'll be happy with running a sub 6:30 mile on the treadmill.

Good for you, maybe I'm just a better runner than you are when I'm in shape? Get off the treadmill, bruh. If you run that time on the treadmill, you're even slower on solid ground. Goodness, there's some haters in here.

Fastest mile is around 6:54. Started actually running in late April. Couldnt even run a mile. Was around 167 because of bulking and drop down 8 pounds and became toned. Had to stop tho because of knee pains so i havent pushed myself in a month. Will try again soon

On Thursday I ran 6.15 miles in a hour on the treadmill, left me really sore but not sore enough where I couldn't run again. Did 5.15 to 5.17 on the track today in a hour. Felt no different than the treadmill. Overall I ran 14.86 miles this week.

I used to be able to run 7.2 miles in a hour.

Near goal is 6.5 miles in a hour.

Goal is 7 miles in a hour in the coming months.

Ultimate goal is 8 miles in a hour.

Brehs walking has helped me.

I walk damn near 8 miles a day but recently I been thinking about getting into boxing so I started to run more and ran a mile in 7:51 which I havent a mile in under 9 minutes in a few years :flabbynsick:

I tried to run 2 miles back in like November and was :dead: but im convinced I can kill it and even run 3miles in under 20..which I will do Monday :ehh:

Lets get it.:wow:

I don't know my mile time, but I'm assuming it's somewhere under 7 minutes or so. I play football(soccer) tho and I run on average about 15 miles every week.
