Sorry but "Te amo" is Spanish for "I love you" so this statement is not necessarily wrong but not wholly accurateThe Spanish language is the most honest in this respect. It uses the same verb, te quiero, for “I love you” and “I want you.”

What this even have to do with the thread? Why you acting like a fukkboy?
I all know is that the true answer at the very basic level to this complex issue is #GMB.
It was written by a German man who studies Eastern philosophies. I don't know why he decided to use Spanish to prove his point.Sorry but "Te amo" is Spanish for "I love you" so this statement is not necessarily wrong but not wholly accurate

Can't love anyone else if you do not truly love thyself. Is this a really drawn out way of saying that you should be happy with yourself first and foremost?
Man that OP basically pointed at the fact that miserable maladjusted people always tend to prop up other basic human beings into being imaginary paragons for whatever quality they aspire to have around...when the reality of the matter is that you don't enter into relationships to be fixed...its no one's responsibility other than your own.Stay miserable.
Yeah I take some cookies with it too
chii! take this rep
This is exactly what I've been talking about. Why I get exhausted hearing people say how they like me. (No brag intended)
I don't believe them. I'm anyways smiling, I'm a great listener, I'm not bad to look at, I like caring for people, and people like to be cared for. Of course, if someone makes you feel good, you'd enjoy being with them. But that isn't love or what makes a relationship. True love is serving, caring for others, commitment. In a healthy relationship it should be mutual.
Most of the time people just want me to make them feel good but I don't get much out of it. I don't get what I need. So I'm waiting for the one who cares for me.
