Trayvon Martin was 17 years old. Still a minor. He doesn't have the legal capacity to understand nor interpret laws.

He was also frightened. His response was to flee the situation. He was watched, followed, then stalked, then dead.

George Zimmerman is an adult armed with a gun, confronting a minor. He should have had the better judgement in this situation.

From what I've read the medical examiner said that there was no DNA from Zimmerman on Trayvon's hands. How did he beat the shyt out of the man if he has no blood or DNA under his nails or on his sleeves? Especially if he was grabbing his head and pounding it into the ground.
