that isolated act in and of itself is not illegal nor punishable by jail.

Zimmerman has a history of domestic violence, resisting an officer with violence, and battery of a law enforcement officer. How this guy was able to walk around with a loaded weapon is beyond me.

his history is irrelevant to the case as is Trayvon's. both people's histories are being used for irrelevant character assassinations.

you don't have to trust him. what's provable is an altercation happened. Trayvon's body outside the gunshot showed minimal signs of it and the police after the altercation have photographs of Zimmerman with a bloody nose and scars on the back of his head.

what actually happened is between Trayvon, God, and Zimmerman but the evidence collaborates Zimmermain's claim that he was getting beat down and killed Trayvon in self defense. there's nothing there to prove Trayvon was murdered in cold blood just for the hell of it.

All imma say is this, he better be glad it wasnt a white kid he did that to or these crackers would been strung his taco eating ass up a long time ago. We dont need to riot but we do need to WAKE UP and stop pretending like the evil that made this country isnt still present in it.

Zimmerman will suffer for the rest of his life whether he is convicted or not

if it was a white kid the public opinion may be different but i'm willing to bet the results would likely be the same. there's just not enough evidence to convict him for murder. the prosecution's case is paper thin. they got some fukking quack trying to say Trayvon is the one screaming for help on the tape when even that can't be proven and if that gets Zimmerman convicted he's gonna appeal it and get it overturned.

IF there was really a "battle" then where is the EVIDENCE? Wouldn't there be blood on the concrete? Why wasn't the bloody concrete dug up and taken as evidence. Expand your mind fool.

I really see this case as a win/win

If he goes to jail--then the justice system works.


If he gets off...its going to be the spark on the powder keg that is the rage of the Black American. It will serve as a wake up call that our people desperately need.

you are totally forgetting the fact that Trayvon was minding HIS business. He would be alive if Zimmerman wasn't a racist wanna be cop. Zimmerman has no authority to approach Trayvon even the dispatcher told him this.
