Let's be honest Dragonball Z was better b4 everybody turned into a Super Saiyan

As much as I enjoyed DBZ I have to admit the series is propped up by nostalgia a lot of times.

There's no way in hell I'd have the patience for a similar anime today.

Lol Supreme Kai was worthless, always worrying about some shyt. The Buu saga shouldn't of even happened

my favorite and most memorable dragon ball moment is when freiza killed krillin and goku turned super saiyen for the first time. Despite all the episodes after that and all the super saiyan levels reached nothing ever topped that feeling i got when i watched that

the android/cell saga imo was the highlight of the series. Plus tien had one last moment of relevance before he got faded.

That said, I could tolerate it through the Cell Saga. But once the Buu Saga hit and they had little kids turning Super Saiyan

I sort of agree, once the Super Saiyan transformation came along, everybody who wasn't a Saiyan got thrown in the bushes, which is wack. I miss the late Dragonball/early DBZ days where cats like Piccolo, Tien, Krillin, etc. were putting in work.

That said, I could tolerate it through the Cell Saga. But once the Buu Saga hit and they had little kids turning Super Saiyan

Not gonna lie the DBZ Abridged Youtube Series got me about certain issues I didn't think about the first time around. After seeing 18 give Vegeta that work again it got me me thinking.....

How the hell did Dr. Gero make androids strong enough to break a super saiyan's arm when he didn't know what the hell a super saiyan was? As they pointed out Gero only had information on the Z-Warriors BEFORE they went to Namek/King Kai's Planet where they all leveled up tremendously. His creations shouldn't have had a chance

Why the hell was 17 and 18 that strong but Gero's body or 19 wasn't? Why the hell would you design a weak body or yourself to the point where your own creations can easily kill you? Then again maybe he knew that might happened which he design Cell to absorb both of them

Why didn't 17 or 18 have them energy draining sensors inplanted in their hands like 19 and Gero had?
