It's a good move imo, just don't know who can play the 4....A nicca that ain't afraid to shoot in the 4th quarter for starters. Perimeter defense. Uptempo-fastbreaks. And another star to have when CP3 is injured in the postseason

I don't think anything will happen tho.. we're arguably the #2 team in the West as of right now. Don't know if we make drastic changes. It's a good move imo, just don't know who can play the 4....
So the Clips would have a top two backcourt and the worst front court in the league? Where is that taking them?A nicca that ain't afraid to shoot in the 4th quarter for starters. Perimeter defense. Uptempo-fastbreaks. And another star to have when CP3 is injured in the postseason
Get rid of reddic and still need to address that bench....I don't think anything will happen tho.. we're arguably the #2 team in the West as of right now. Don't know if we make drastic changes.
Ask PortlandSo the Clips would have a top two backcourt and the worst front court in the league? Where is that taking them?
I get what you're saying but at the same time where has our core taken us for the past four years? Granted alot of that is on Doc and horrible GM duties, throwing away draft picks and not developing any youngsters, but its been choke after choke after choke along with injuries with this current team. Really what it is- Blake breaking his hand on the trainers face was a disappointment to the entire franchise. From the ownership to the coaches to his teammates. He had a small window of opportunity to get some good will back in the playoffs but he bowed out right after CP3 broke his hand. I don't know if people realize this or not but that incident turned a lot of people within the organization off on Blake. A superstar doesn't do things like that.So the Clips would have a top two backcourt and the worst front court in the league? Where is that taking them?
Wes Johnson, Branden Dawson, Paul Pierce... It'll be a 'committee' at the 3 spotGet rid of reddic and still need to address that bench....
Who's playing the 3?
J crossover and mo buckets can't be your bench.
Still a lot of work to be done.
I get what you're saying, but let's be real, if a Blake/Westbrook swap happened, the Lakers would have the brighter future than the Clippers. Why wouldn't he just cross the hall after the season?I get what you're saying but at the same time where has our core taken us for the past four years? -On another note I thought Westbrook wanted his own team. That franchise and city is ready to bow down to whatever he wants. I know he wants a ring but he also likes a high volume of shot attempts and being the man. You don't know what to expect when you go to another team
I do like the youngsters the Lakers got but its debatable on who will have the brighter future imo. Jim Buss still could be tempted to ditch the youngsters for a star. And yeah Doc is garbage as GM. Has been for years. The owner Steve Ballmer doesn't have the balls to make a change. But this is the make or break year on the core and on Doc.I get what you're saying, but let's be real, if a Blake/Westbrook swap happened, the Lakers would have the brighter future than the Clippers. I thought LAC should have traded Blake last year because he would have gotten a lot more in return than Paul and they could have contended. I can't believe Doc is still allowed to be the GM. Nobody's been worse since he took over.
As a Thunder fan, I actually see a silver lining to all of this. KD and Westbrook at the head of the team is a pretty painting for the regular season but there are ugly secrets are hidden behind it.Damn I know Thunder Fans sick
1 game away from the finals and now they about to be playing for lottery balls

One, financially, we were NEVER going to be able to put together a team capable of winning it all unless good free agents took a huge paycut in order to come to OKC, a place that FAs aren't exactly clamoring to get to. One could argue that we had a capable team this year but we had several glaring holes and deficiencies that would have been exposed, had we made it past the Warriors.
Two, the fact that this team had become such that we continually and consistently had to be carried and bailed out by the same two players seemed to make them unable to trust their teammates and, while they generally had the talent to cover up their inability to make their teammates better, the problem still stands and would've only been exacerbated with time.
For about two seasons, I've actually found myself wanting our team to be broken up. We've built a beautiful team but it was never going to be anything more than that. It wasn't built to last. This dismantling will finally allow us to restart from a more solid foundation. We've got Oladipo, Adams, Kanter, Roberson, Waiters, Sabonis; a good core that's trending towards a defensive, hard nosed identity. I'm excited for the future, even if it means starting from the bottom.
I'm not convinced, man. I think our collapse against the warriors showed that we weren't as solid as we were thought to be on paper. We matched up really well with the warriors but the Cavs would've been a more even matchup that I don't see us winning with the hero mentality of our two best playersNegro, we were 8 minutes (maybe less) from beating the Warriors and we would have given the Cavs a run for their money if not ouright beat them. Last season wasn't a natural conclusion, it was a colossal fukk up
i got love ffor all my okc brethrensWe trade Russy we ain't got no choice but to tank
At this point all I really want out of this shyt is to get Adams an extension worked out, not over paying Waiters for any reason, & hopefully Singler gets attached to a Russy trade because fukk him
The collapse happened because your best player was already looking ahead to jumping ship to the opponent. If KD isnt a bytchass snake the Thunder beat the Warriors, last season and this upcoming one.I'm not convinced, man. No need to trade Adams. He's a great piece for the future, young as hell and perfectly complimentary, but he isnt gonna go out and win a bunch of games for you himself so you can still tank and keep him w/ the new rebuild.i got love ffor all my okc brethrens
but its best for yall to tank properly, might need to trade adams for some picks
