Spent time in LA as a teen plus Kobe was my favorite player so it just worked out that way. It's a decent amount of DMV natives that are fans of other teams, DC sports suck.

Oh, believe me, I know. I'm one of them. God knows all them annoying ass Cowboys fans in this area.

But I haven't met any Lakers fans in the DMV. Most I've seen are die-hard Wizards fans or bandwagoners.

lol, Cowboy fans are the perfect wrinkle in the sports fabric of the area. The conversations are always hilarious because both teams end up disappointing in the end. Love it. Laker fans are here and there. I've seen Laker paraphernalia driving around here, there's some older cats that were fans from the Magic era, and its a lot of Kobe stans in the area so they fukk with the Lakers. It's lot of Laker haters out here too though so it's not some huge contingent of support but Laker fans are out here.

Kobe last performance in D.C. brought most of em out, my dumbass flaked out at the last minute.

Russ wouldn't fit Brad Steven's pace and space. IT can work off the ball, Russ couldn't and wouldn't. I'd rather trade for Griffin and Cousins.

I really think with everything Isaiah has done this year and how much he's embraced being a Celtic he deserves a chance to see this through

Blake has injury concerns with me, but I think he'd be an MVP candidate if he played for the Celtics because you can surround him with shooters and let him be the playmaker

Cousins is a great fit too, because him and horford are so versatile they'd probably be great together too

I love Westbrook as a player but I'd rather just run with Isaiah and Rozier this year and see how it goes than pay a high price on a potential one year rental

And who needs an Ariza? We potentially got a longer/taller Kobe on our hands. Sabo gon have a younger set of dynamic players that can take the burden of him being a hybrid PG/SG off of his hands. Plus, the bench would be strengthened by adding Clarkson to the second unit. I know the Lakers have been a joke these past few years but we're actually in not so bad position right now. Russ would be the player to take the team over the top.
