The Govenor lost all his humanity, Carol was doing, and did the right thing........trying to make the tough decisions everyone else was in LALA land about.

That's what I absolutely HATED about how they wrote Shane's character in the 2nd season. It's like if you make tough decisions, you're automatically typecast as a "bad guy" who lost his/her humanity. That's bullshyt. This is a god damn apocalypse, they're surviving, not living.

One thing that is pretty hypocritical regarding the Rick/Carol situation is he was going to kill that kid in Season 2 really for no reason. True the kid was going to kill them initially, but he was actually going to execute the guy after the fact.

She going to be with Morgan . Unless the Gov is lurking close by and gets the jump on her, she going to be a clearer like him. The Gov would have to torture her to give him the layout , not that he would need it, it was already there and inside out, he don't need a layout just men who are battle ready. If Woodbury had real troops , they would have won the first time. Carol is not a weakling anymore and she been with those people for over a year, it would take torture and death for her to give info . She could be used as a bargaining chip for the Gov, nothing more .

Carol knew what we knew, that the sick needed to either be killed or quarantined IMMEDIATELY, they wanted to think about it risking everyone else in the process. You knew it wasn't from bites, that tells you right there it's gone beyond from having to be passed through bites/scratches
