I didn't say he did. :gucci:

SO THIS STATEMENT MAKES NO SENSE
CONSIDERING HE DIDNT PLAY FOOTBALL IN COLLEGE.

Gates was a better football player than basketball player. It's just that simple.

DUDE LEAD HIS TEAM TO THE ELITE 8

He was the QB, Safety, Kick returner, punt returner, and the punter.

He never left the field.

As far as Vick, along with Marcus Vick, Tyrod Taylor, Marquis Hagans, and Ronald Curry, they all learned how to play QB from idolizing Chuck.
who is Chuck

“Taller slower version of Randy Moss”

I don’t think he’d be able to create separation with Richard Sherman or Revis. Let alone Josh Norman
Don't need separation if you got them by 5-9" and can jump just as high. :yeshrug:

Josh Norman ran a 4.66 at the combine, Sherman was 4.57. Only Revis has elite speed, the other two just have great footwork and instincts and they really play the QB as much as they play the receiver. LeBron might be one of the few who could really test them because he's fast enough to keep them honest and then could go up and get balls over them even if they were in perfect position and knew it was coming.

With a 4.6 40, you ain't Mossing nobody. But he could eat if he made it.
4.6 forty was without any emphasis on that skill, I'd bet he could get that down closer to a true 4.5 if he actually focused on training for it. 4.5-4.6 is plenty fast enough for tall WRs and that usually means 6'5" or so, to be 6'8" running that fast with an elite vertical and great hands would put you in the cream of the crop.

He can barely take a rap driving the ball. Imagine him getting roughed up every play. He made the right choice. He’s one of the best basketball players in history.
Where do you get that? :what:

LeBron is going to go down as one of the most durable players in NBA history and takes a ton of contact every game. He played 3 seasons of high school football and an entire lifetime of basketball without a single meaningful contact injury. Y'all just making shyt up now.

It's definitely true that NFL football would be a completely different story, but tall skinny guys like Randy Moss had long careers and LeBron much more solidly built and takes better care of his body too.

AI was a QB, like a Michael Vick type of QB. He would have been like a slightly taller version of Kyler Murry or Russell Wilson
AI was too damn skinny.

Dude weighed 165 and never wanted to lift I couldn’t see him in the NFL.

It's not mutually exclusive. You can have talent in both sports to varying degrees. He didn't play college but he already had pro football skills for the old traditional TE role in highschool which is how he could do that. He didn't have pro basketball skills at any point. The whole premise I rejected was just because you are good at basketball in highschool doesn't mean you can just pick football up and be an NFL great. Gates played football in highschool and was great at it. He didn't just walk into a NFL workout with no experience and a jumpshot.

you do know getting Moss'd means catching balls over nikkas. Not out running them right? :dahell: And Bron had the hops as a damn highschool freshman

Yeah Randy had speed but that ain't why that term came to be. nikka was a jump ball savage.

Moss was a Savage at the fade route too!

The jump ball was just one of the many ways he beat you
