It's like this for a reason. Who do you think would get shytted on the most if the Government was allowed to arbitrarily pick and choose who will be denied any type due process? :birdman:

Grow up :beli:

There are plenty of shytty lawyers, who are in it for the money and fame, no doubt about it.

But there are some lawyers out there represent clients solely based on their belief that ALL defendants deserved counsel and are innocent until proven guilty. It is on the STATE to prove that person is guilty within the rule of law.

mental illness

that he isn't culpable for his actions because he couldn't control himself

one of the first elements of any first degree murder charge would be that the action be willfull.........if he's suffering from mental illness and couldn't control himself then it wouldn't be willful........plus his past abuse and the suicide letters might be introduced as mitigating evidence against any death penalty charges

he'll go to jail.....there is little chance he gets off even with the mental illness claim.....but he can escape the death penalty......and possibly get a life with the possibility of parole

You seem knowledgeable has there ever been a case were someone who kidnapped and raped a victim has gotten a lighter sentence because of mental illness.

Yet they decided to throw Anwar al-Awlaki's (U.S citizen) trial in the bushes and drop a drone

(and all he was really guilty of was making speeches and talking sh1t)

:shaq2:

They've picked & choose who gets due process before, they can do it again. Just this one time

Nobody will be upset, and nobody will care, not even his own daughter

You're arguing against the wrong person on this. The Obama Administration broke the law.

I don't cosign the "We have to break the law and become criminals to stop people from breaking the law and being criminals" nonsense. If that means someone guilty goes free or people die, it's a price to pay for a system of fairness and justice in my eyes.

I love your language :russ:

I speak truth like people that are honest, friend. We live in a realm that has been conquered by demons. Demons who then use this power to make justice into a roll of the dice for the poor and mere fee for the rice. Paying for justice, wow, its so demonic. To think you can be innocent and still be sent to prison because you dont have the funds to exonerate yourself from the satanic lies of demonic filth? Wow, :whoo: Its so demonic, friend.

I just realized this while reading an article about Ariel Castro/Amanda Berry and the the other 2 chicks he held captive.

The n1gga is pleading not guilty and some lame duck lawyer is actually going to attempt to argue his case

:why:

In no other profession do human beings stoop that low, this sh1t is just one step above molesting kids. A trial ain't even necessary in this situation. He hasn't been set up, just throw the n1gga in the bushes

:hmm:

Anything for a paycheck

I didn't read through this whole thread. But lawyers take an oath just like doctors to fairly represent their clients' best interest. And everyone is entitled to a lawyer

There is actually no difference between the two types of lawyers you just brought up. Both are defending someone's right to counsel, just because one is highly paid for what they do does not make them a "shytty lawyer." I don't even know why I'm posting this because I feel like it'll fall on deaf ears, but you do not extrapolate the alleged evils that one's client has done onto their counsel. The same attorney who was arguing against proposal 2 in California (Ted Olson) also represent corporate clients. A shytty lawyer is someone who will provide you inadequate counsel. There are such things as bad cases though, and smart lawyers know when to avoid taking a bad case. There's a lot more gray than black and white, as there is to everything.

It's not snitching because I already know that's Tom, and we have our eye on him. Second, the better question would be what didn't he get banned for...dude has done it all.
