It truly is. A lot more slapstick than I thought too but it's definitely dark comedy

Show has picked up for me as the story has started to unravel.

Yeah extremely weird. Some of this stuff just seems random as fukk. I dig the show but it's like they're struggling to connect threads at times

I know it's a small town and all, but damn. Myles washing her shoes, taking her kids to school, and is lucky if he gets tossed a sympathy lay

Episode as a whole was probably the most comedic the show has done so far. Everything with the meat men trying to take the church was pure Looney Tunes, when they gave Clyde the only for him to announce he got his dikk shot off .

Donnie going deaf to take down the Preacher

Tulip nursing Cassidy back to health, poor dog though

I did like the fact they went back to the flashback w/Jesse's dad and Quincannon to see what was left of his own family . Tied in to Jesse's words not working on him, as he serves The God of Meat .

Angels were right though, Jesse has had the power for a minute and hasn't done much good with it.
