Where I was staying it was majority black. there was an abundance of “mestizos” or w/e but majority was black

coolest breh I met there was a Haitian breh that went by “John Travolta”. Funny, cool, breh. hard working too. His job was basically try to get any tourists to spend money at any of the beach businesses and he gets a commission based on how many people he brings in. Dude was hustling from morning to night every day under that blistering sun and always cracking jokes.

Overall I had a cool time. If you single and/or go with a group of brehs you prolly gonna have an even better time. Place is full of dimes and everything is relatively cheap. Met some cool brehs. Met cool black people from everywhere (North Carolina, Georgia, London, Paris). Club I went to was aight, women to brehs ratio was on point but they kept playing reggaeton and bachata or w/e and the only American music they played seem to have Nicki Minaj on it. Bunch of beach activities and shyt, and most excursions on the island were like $50-$80 per head.
