Yall Knickas won't believe this shyt. Portland really got kanter out there playing defense getting steals and blocks on star players :dwillhuh:

I always said Kanter was a quality piece. He's a competitor who gets double-doubles in his sleep. He's gonna put in work for Portland.

Cats in here couldn't wait to ship him out though :martin:

If I'm all in on KD, be all in on KD. Why draft Barrett to either play behind him or relegate him to being a spot up shooter when Culver is better at that?
KD not a sure thing and Barrett’s upside is much higher and his skill set more multifaceted

We need to draft best player available

He's good, no doubt but at what 17 mil on a rebuilding team, it would've hurt us in the long run. I like our acquisition of DSJ and DJ though. Plus Kanter brought unwarranted attention. I like our humble beginnings without him.

i'd trade the 3rd pick or lower in a package for AD, but mitch would have to not be included.

probably wouldnt get it done but those are my terms :hubie:

Co-sign. I'd trade for AD but not if it cost us Zion or Mitch. Any other prospect combination would be worth considering for me at least but also probably wouldn't get it done.

Raleigh by way of Crooklyn
any of those picks got mvp caliber hoops in them¿

we know ad elite

if you can flip a prospect for a proven player it ain't bad at all

is it¿

It's more the youth and prospects that would have to be attached to the draft pick that I'm concerned about. I think any deal for AD is gonna have to include Mitch off rip, and they'll probably want something like Knox and Dotson along with it. That's more the part I don't like. I guess it wouldn't be as bad if it was just straight up for the pick, but I don't see that happening.

AD is too good, if it ain't Zion, R.J., or Morant that pick can go :shaq2:

Culver :mjlol:

Matter of fact if ain't Zion, I'd be open to trading the pick :manny:

Mitchell, Knox, Trier, Dotson and 'em are cool kids but we're talking about arguably the most talented PF in NBA history

Man that was the most pleasant Knicks interview I have seen in years. :ehh:

They called the trade "the Dennis Smith Jr" Trade :wow:

Didn't even ask why a star would go to a 17 win team, but spoke about getting in position for Zion and having cap space:whew:

Things might have changed:youngsabo:

I'm excited to see how Smith looks next season, he's a consistent jumper away from being a high level player and Fiz mentioned that they're gonna put in work with his shot this summer, so I expect a big leap from Dennis next year. Also, to Fiz's credit, Mudiay's jumper did look a lot better under him...
