The Phoenix Suns would rather draft Ja Morant over Zion Williamson, according to sources.
James Jones is said to "be a fan" of the Murray State point guard, especially considering the Suns' need at that position, writes Sam Vecenie of The Athletic.
The Suns have a 14% chance of landing the first pick in the draft.
The NBA Draft Lottery takes place on May 14th.

Haven't been been this lost with a draft since the 2013 draft.
It’s a shyt draft.
Zion could be the best player in this draft and be the second coming of JR Rider. Culver looks like Evan Turner, Barret could be Wiggins with pride. Cam fell the fukk off hard. The PG’s both look nice.

This is my thinking exactly. The fact that Garland and Culver track as better shooters than Morant and Barret at their respective roles has been what I lean on to make the draft lottery less stressful. Even at five, we ought to be alright.
