Dolan was right on this one. Dude wasn't just a fan starting a movement, dude was trying to make some TMZ dollars at the expense of the Knicks losing. Fuq him.

I'm willing to bet that as much of a fukkboy that Dolan is, management wise, in regard to player safety & comfortability, what happened to Westbrook w/ respect to fans being ignorant, nasty and hostile in their trolling would NOT be tolerated at all. Dolan cares, but not like a fan but in ways a fan doesn't pay a lot of attention to. Best believe if KD and Kyrie were Knicks, they would be shielded from the media, just like they want. Dolan truly hates the media, and he lets it be known. 100% agree on the Westbrook situation.
The biggest issue I have with Dolan is keeping Mills around. I get it though, he wants an ear to the team and Mills is his friend etc, but nothing has truly been great with this guy. I cant think of anything positive he has truly done teamwise other than hiring Perry....I hope.
I feel you on the Mills opinion.
That being said, to use a Paid in Full analogy, I am of the opinion that Mills is more Money Mitch than he is Rico, in that yes, he can be criticized for questionable and risky decisions but he's not a full fledged hothead that'll sink the ship w/ a reactionary decision on some, "hmm, how many keys you said you have?"
Rico shyt. Signing Timmy was more of a "Yo A, I have this nikka who saved me in lock up and I want to put him on to our operation" type of misstep.

Mills is Herb Williams with actual power. No reason to keep this guy for basketball related reasons at all. I can understand Dolan keep Lisa around, she's a damn good physician, but there's no true reason to be loyal to Mills from a team perspective. Keep him on the business side then. Signing Timmy was a lazy ass move, then he did it without his GM in place. I'd bet my paycheck Perry wouldn't have signed Timmy if he were hired first.I feel you on the Mills opinion.

WHAT??? How did he "save him in lock up???" Hardaway was awful during his first two years in the league and massively overpaid in his second stint as a Knick. And don't forget he also gave a 2 year $10 million to G-Leaguer, Ron Baker. Mills handed two of the dumbest contracts of the off-season in 2017.
In the sense that he felt like he owed Timmy in the way they traded him on draft night while Timmy was sitting in Clyde Frazier's restaurant eating with his family & not getting a headsup before seeing it on the tv screen.
That was the "I owe him" & a lack of seeing the forest instead of the trees type of decision.
Regarding the other questionable decisions by Mills, like Mitch, every decisions he made, regardless of how miscalculated, was an attempt to better the team.
It was foolish, yes, but he isn't a malevolent force in this organization.
I'm just hoping that this nikka FIz ain't Rico.
We already know KP was Kermit, that snake boyfriend of A's sister.
