He has a longer track record than Ivey, but at all of his previous stops (Clippers, 2 stints w/Det, Nets, Washington) there's no info (that I can find at least) on who he's helped developed
I know the guy they've been rumored to hire from the Lakers (Buechler, Lakers Rumors: Jud Buechler In Serious Talks To Join David Fizdale's Knicks Coaching Staff) has been touted as a good developmental coach. No official word that he's joined the staff as of yet tho.

Like, Im sure the guys they've hired and/or have been rumored to hire are competent, just dont know much abt them and/or cant find much info on any of them, especially in regards to player development.
One thing I dont like is that they're keeping Eisley
IDK if he's a good coach or not, maybe he is, but he's a relic from the Layden era (
) gotta get rid of all bad vibes/mojo from previous regimes

Young seems like a good kid but we’re too guard heavy as it is, he’s just not what we need right now. Hope nothing but the best for him though
