I ain’t with the sky is falling theatrics everyone is displaying. I’m optimistic about the knicks future. Nice young core, they making smart moves instead of the try old tradition of throwing money at a vet whose knees are on borrowed time or a big name just for the sake of it being in knicks orange. This only year one. There gonna be another big free agency coming so the knicks don’t wanna blow their load once they didn’t get the number one pick and Kyrie and KD didn’t wanna come. Now we on plan b.

I see the idea (being able to trade these players before the deadline / retain cap flexibility) but at the same time, how are players like DSJ, Frank, Trier, Mitch, etc supposed to develop if their playing time is getting cut short :what:

fr It seems like a young'n gets pushed down the depth chart with every signing. Perry loves reclamation projects.

Knicks keep signing da same players over and over again
Randle fills a need, makes sense, and doesnt disrupt the playing time of players we already have
Da rest are gonna end up gettin playing time over our youth and its counterproductive
