I don't see Perry & Mills committing any long term money if KD doesn't come. Definitely not on guys like Tobias, Vucevic, Middleton, etc and not even on someone like DLo.

They'll sign a bunch of one year deals with vets who can help the kids and/or look to eat a bad 1/2 year contract with assets acquired (like the Hawks and Crabbe + two 1s)

I think most of you probably already know where i stand on signing KD to a max. I hope the front office's mentality is Kawhi and another player to pair with him or dont sign any free agents at all and head back to the draft lottery again next year

As i think we saw this year we don't need to worry about tanking as much. If Mitch, Knox, the Canadian and Frank win us a few more games next year that would be a good thing

Anthony Davis best case scenario I think the Celtics are feeling guilt for not pulling the trigger on the Kawhi deal and maybe willing to roll the dice on Davis for a year. They gotta be thinking they could be competing for a championship right now had they traded for Kawhi.

If the Celtics were to trade for him and lose him after a year, we would not only have a much weaker Celtics team but we would still have our own young talent. As great as Davis is, i dont think we should gut our team and our draft picks for him

they can't understand why even as we lose year after year we stay in headlines why we are the money team even being the league worst

it's not really our fault it's just a matter of geography that has the knicks at the center of the world's capital city

we stick with our squad & they can't understand why we won't abandon ship like every other fanbase does when it gets smokey
